Commercial Notice: Strova Group is an independent micro-enterprise operating as a proprietorship of Babita Kumari (Udyam Registration: UDYAM-JH-20-0147452). These terms govern public website usage and general commercial policies. Formal engineering engagements are governed by mutually executed written Statements of Work (SOW).

1. Intellectual Property & Website Usage

All original content published on this website—including written text, design systems, architectural diagrams, custom iconography, software code samples, and layout structure—is the intellectual property of Strova Group and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property legislation in India.

Acceptable Use: Visitors may view and interact with this website for legitimate business evaluation. You may not copy, mirror, scrape, systematically extract, decompile, or redistribute the website's code or proprietary text for competing commercial purposes without prior written authorization from Strova Group.

2. Third-Party Trademarks & Nominative Fair Use

Their mention on this website is solely for nominative fair use and descriptive technical identification—specifying programming language compatibility, cloud infrastructure deployment targets, or official API integrations. Mention does not indicate, express, or imply endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship, partnership, or certification by any third-party trademark holder.

3. Commercial Delivery Framework & 50% Advance Model

To ensure predictable delivery schedules, complete scope alignment, and transparent budgeting, Strova Group operates on a structured milestone delivery model:

  • Written Specification: Every engagement starts with a written technical specification outlining all user journeys, database schemas, deliverables, and integration endpoints. Development begins only after written mutual agreement.
  • 50% Commitment Advance: A fifty percent (50%) upfront deposit confirms the project schedule and commits dedicated engineering sprints. This advance covers initial architecture planning, design systems, and sprint reservation.
  • 50% Final Settlement: The remaining fifty percent (50%) is invoiced only after staging environment verification and quality assurance approval by the client—before production domain cutover.
  • 100% Code & IP Transfer: Upon final milestone settlement, complete unencumbered ownership of custom source code, repositories, configuration files, and documentation transfers fully to your organisation with zero proprietary lock-in.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We maintain fair, transparent policies regarding scope changes and cancellations:

  • Prior to Sprint Commencement: If a client requests cancellation before engineering sprints begin, the advance deposit is refundable minus accrued hours for technical specification and scoping documentation.
  • Active Sprints: Once engineering sprints are underway, advance payments are non-refundable as dedicated engineering labor and infrastructure have been committed. Work completed up to that point will be packaged and delivered to the client.
  • Scope Adjustments: Any features not included in the original signed specification are estimated separately as a written addendum; clients are never billed unexpected surprise charges.

5. 30-Day Post-Launch Functional Warranty

Custom web and application deliverables built by Strova Group include a 30-day functional warranty beginning from the date of initial production deployment. During this warranty period, Strova Group resolves any reproducible functional defects or divergences from the agreed written specification at no additional cost.

6. AI Data Safeguards & Zero Model Training

In providing custom SaaS engineering, WhatsApp automations, and digital services, Strova Group respects the confidentiality and proprietary nature of client assets. Client confidential data, proprietary databases, source code, and end-customer communications processed through our deliverables are never used to train public or foundational third-party AI models. All automated pipelines rely exclusively on enterprise APIs governed by zero-data-retention (ZDR) and tenant-isolation agreements.

7. Disclaimer of Estimates & Limitation of Liability

Preliminary timelines, pricing estimates, and architecture suggestions shared on this website or in informal exploratory consultations are non-binding informational estimates. Binding contractual commitments, deliverable timelines, and payment schedules exist solely within executed Statements of Work.

In no event shall Strova Group be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website browsing or third-party platform downtime (such as external cloud provider outages). Aggregate commercial liability under active client contracts is strictly limited to the fees actually paid to Strova Group under the applicable Statement of Work in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction

These terms, website usage, and all commercial engagements undertaken by Strova Group are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with our services, the competent courts in the State of Jharkhand, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
